hey there!

this will be quick!

over the past 10 days, i was nicely managing my energy levels by avoiding certain habits like eating healthy and avoiding sugar.

but today, i just gave up on the craving. now i am back to square one!

please tell me how you guys do it over and over and over and over? how you guys maintain that discipline day after day? don't you feel like giving up for a day? or like a cheat day or like i deserve a break!

this has been the cycle with me...i start a good habit. i enjoy the habit. i start to reap its benefits. but but butttt before it is effective, i just drop the bomb! way too early into the habit and then i am back to square one.

please help...any help will be appreciated...i will send you flowers..pleaseeeeeee
