meditations on life

waking up with anxiety...every single day!

i don't know, may be the weather affects the mood in the morning!

it has been continuously raining in Mumbai since last month and i haven't seen a bright sunny day.

i wake up lost, directionless, and not ready to move my body!

even meditation doesn't help. it helps to keep my mind calm, but a continuous stream of thoughts and fear is still present.

does anyone else have this issue in the morning?

what do you do to solve this?
