meditations on life

what i mean when i talk about running by mr haruki

so i have been reading this book by one of the greatest novelists haruki Murakami.

and through this book, i have resumed my "serious" running after almost 3 years.

i have been running but not on a serious level.

when i mean serious, i mean tracking things seriously and participating in the running tournaments.

over the next 2 -3 weeks, i plan to run 10k. i am feeling good as i can run 6k right now without stopping.

by the time sept 22 comes, i should be able to clock 10k easily.

i will still take time to beat my old record of 50mins 10k run set up in 2021.

but i am confident that by the time, i am on to 3rd/4th 10k, i should be able to meet that time.

age is still on my side, so by next year, i can definitely finish my 21km race.

and if i can train myself properly someday a full 42k marathon.

someday - Boston or newyork marathon! let's see ;) how it goes!

nevertheless, read this book if are into running. it is a beautiful book.

do you run? do you walk? what activities you guys are involved in?

would love to know more.

cheers.
